We are especially honored to welcome Joyce Chacko and Marybeth Kravitz as the newest members of our Board of Directors. Their perspectives and expertise will strengthen our work and deepen our impact across the communities we serve.
At the same time, we are pleased to introduce our incoming board leadership team:
Ben Applegate, Board Chair
Dana Ringer, Vice Chair
Dave Berger, Secretary

Their leadership comes at a time of both opportunity and urgency in our work, and we are confident that their guidance will help shape a strong and compassionate path forward.
“We are thrilled to welcome these exceptional leaders to our board, stated Carol J. Sharp, President and CEO of The Night Ministry. “Each brings a deep commitment to service and a belief in the dignity of every individual. Together, we will continue advancing our mission and expanding the reach of hope, healing, and housing throughout Chicago and Illinois.”
The Night Ministry would like to express its heartfelt gratitude to Michael V. Borromeo, our outgoing Board Chair, for his dedicated service and significant contributions. His leadership and support have been instrumental in furthering our mission, and we are truly thankful for the positive impact he has made.
