Dani Dominguez, our new Vice President of People & Culture, brings extensive experience in equity‑centered leadership, organizational development, and people strategy. Throughout their career, Dani has partnered with nonprofit organizations to strengthen culture, deepen trust, and build people practices that honor both mission and employee dignity. Dani holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Education Policy, Organization & Leadership, with concentrations in Diversity & Equity in Education and Human Resource Development. Their leadership is grounded in listening, clarity, and partnership, with a focus on creating the conditions for people to do their best work. Dani centers empathy, cultural humility, and shared purpose to foster environments where teams feel supported and able to thrive.
