Philanthropic Engagement Chair

Finance Chair. Kaeley is a consultant at Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, working to improve healthcare affordability and navigation. She has been on the Service Outreach Committee and is currently the Finance Chair of the Associate Board. Kaeley lives in Wicker Park and can be found running laps on the 606, reading in coffee shops, and biking with her cycling team.

Service Outreach Chair. Aaron is a product management leader at Signify Health, a home healthcare company and subsidiary of CVS Health. He began volunteering with The Night Ministry two years ago on the Health Outreach Bus and currently serves as co-chair of the Service Outreach Committee on the Associate Board. He lives in Gold Coast and enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Marketing Chair & Service Outreach Chair. Nicole Hovey is a Senior Consultant in the Enterprise Transformation Office at Baker Tilly. She currently serves as co-chair of the Service Outreach Committee and has been actively involved with The Night Ministry since 2023. Nicole resides in Chicago’s South Loop neighborhood with her husband, Matthew.

Duncan is a Marketing Director at Spaulding Ridge, a global technology consulting firm based in Chicago. During his time on the Associate Board, he has served as a member of the Community Partnerships committee, as its chair, and most recently as Associate Board President. Outside of The Night Ministry’s work, Duncan is an active musician who performs with several bands around Chicago. He lives in Edgewater with his fiancée Scottie.
