Gregory Gross, Director of Mission Fulfillment

Gregory Gross joined The Night Ministry in January 2015 with fifteen years of experience in the social service and religious sectors. With a background in public and mental health, HIV services, and LGBTQ advocacy, he began as the first Community Health Manager in the Outreach & Health Ministry before being promoted to Director of Mission Fulfillment in April 2017. In this role, Gregory is responsible for The Night Ministry’s work in the areas of performance measurement, the analysis of data, assessment of program performance, and partnerships with outside researchers. He leads the efforts to develop a data-driven culture of learning at TNM to help us answer the question, “are we fulfilling our mission?”

Gregory is a graduate of Ohio Northern University and holds master’s degrees from Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary and the University of Chicago School of Social Service Administration. He is an Ordained Deacon in The United Methodist Church.
