The five person Executive Team, along with the Board of Directors, oversees The Night Ministry.
Paul W. Hamann, President & CEO, provides oversight and fiscal management to all program and development activities. As President & CEO, Paul provides strategic leadership and vision for The Night Ministry, working closely with the Board of Directors.
Barbara Bolsen, Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and Community Engagement, proactively develops community collaborations to support agency programs, particularly in the areas of housing, health care, and spiritual care, and builds community awareness of issues affecting the people The Night Ministry serves.
Christy Prassas, Vice President of Development and External Relations, is responsible for the planning, oversight and direction of fund development, public relations and marketing to support the organization's program and mission. She supports the Board of Directors and President and serves on the Finance Committee and the Major Gifts Committee.
Erin Ryan, Senior Vice President, oversees the day-to-day operations of the organization. She works to develop a more integrative approach to The Night Ministry’s programming to more clearly define how different programs interact and how they can continue to complement one another. Erin is responsible for leadership and management of daily administrative and programmatic operations of The Night Ministry, including: Youth Programs, Outreach and Health Ministry, Human Resources, and Finance & Administration.
