What services are available for youth with special needs?
Continuing Care provides some special needs services as well as providing links with resources in the community for youth who are pregnant, parenting, have a mental health or substance abuse issue, or have a physical or developmental disability.
At what age does Continuing Care stop?
Continuing Care is available as long as former residents wish to be in relationship
with us. The door to services is always open.
How many youth are successful?
More than 50% of our residents move to more permanent housing and are working
or in school. Many others have taken incremental steps toward self-sufficiency.
We meet youth where they are and encourage them to make healthy decisions
